Beau Village is located within Live Oak Community in historic New Braunfels, Texas. Conveniently located one mile west of IH 35 and 15 minutes from the San Antonio International Airport, Beau Village is the perfect vacation spot, seasonal getaway, or a place to call home.

Beau Village Cottages offers custom built cottages that feature 325 or 400 square feet of living space.  All of our units were built in 2009 or newer by Athens Park Homes in Dallas.  Built of the finest quality, they include a front porch with patio furniture, perfect for watching those Texas sunsets.  Much more private than a hotel, motel, or your Aunt Emma’s, our cottages are fully furnished with all kitchen appliances and utensils, towels, TV, and linens.  Our cottages can accommodate up to six people comfortably.  Many units have bunk beds or lofts so bring the kids.
