Park Rules & Policies

Laundry- 24 hours

Garbage- place all trash in the dumpster. Do not leave outside.

Mail- US Post Office mailboxes and addresses available.

Pool Hours- Tuesday through Sunday 10:00am to 8:00pm, May 1 through September 15; Closed Mondays. Children 13 years of age and under must have adult supervision. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. No life guard on duty- swim at your own risk. Swimsuits must be worn- no cut-offs. Pool rules are posted and strictly enforced.

Quiet Hours- 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please respect your neighbors.

Maid Service- no maid service is provided.

Smoking- smoking is not allowed inside any of our cabins or cottages. Smoking outside only- cigarette butts disposed of properly. There is a $200 charge for breaking the no smoking policy.

Pets- No cats are allowed. Small dogs are allowed. There is an extra charge for pets- check with office for more information.

Damages- guests are responsible for the payment of any damages. A list of costs available upon request. No campfires or fireworks.

Vehicles- speed limit is 10 mph. One vehicle allowed per site (ask about additional parking if required).

Visitors- all visitors must check in with the office before entering the park. You are responsible for your guests and your children at all times. Owner reserves the right to limit the stay and number of persons per site and to refuse service to anyone at anytime. Not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

Taxes/Fees- there is a 13% tax added to the rental price on all stays less than 30 days. A 3% credit card processing fee applies to the total rental price.

Cancellation Policy- on stays of 30 days or less, a $100 fee will be charged if cancelled more than 10 days before the arrival date. Once checked in, there will be no refund for any reason.

Check-In/Out Times- Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Call ahead for more information on early check-in.

Additional Guests - You will be charged for additional people staying in the unit beyond what you anticipated.
